Update: I finally took a better picture of it. Sunlight was the key. This may be my favorite painting to date!

OK, I'll say more. I have two Weimaraners (and a Yorkie, not shown). Weims are active hunting dogs. They're alert, goofy, playful and always ready to go. I think this work captures that feeling perfectly.

The front dog looks like Bailey (but Bailey is female) and the rear dog looks like Clooney. No, Clooney's not really purple. The background was originally a mint green, but I changed it to a 'miniature golf course' green instead.

Since you're still reading, and possibly an animal lover, I urge you to rescue and adopt a homeless animal, if you're at all inclined to own a pet. All my dogs are rescue dogs and I love them!
