The leftmost image is the initial version. The right image is the current version. This work is much more imposing in person. This small JPEG on the web doesn't do it justice.
The Brave is powerfully built, determined and straight-ahead scary. He's not supposed to be pretty. He's monstrous and crazy and interesting to behold. And that fits my artistic vision perfectly!
